Where do I buy your products?
Our products are sold at shop.getdigitalproducts.com. This site, getdigitalproducts.com, hosts our articles and other information.
How do I receive my files?
After your payment clears, your order confirmation and delivery email include your download link. Nothing ships in the mail. If you do not see the email, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us with the email address you used at checkout.
What format are the files?
Each product page lists the file formats included before you buy.
Can I re-download later?
Use the download link in your delivery email or order confirmation. If a link no longer works, contact us with the email address used at checkout and we will help you get your files.
I bought from the older store. Where is my order?
If you purchased before we moved to Shopify, contact us with the email address used for that order and the approximate date. We will help you find your files. Please do not buy the product again.
Do you offer refunds?
Digital files cannot be returned, but if something is wrong with a file we will fix it or refund you. See the Refund Policy.
Can I use these commercially?
Read the Product License for the personal and commercial uses allowed for your files.
