Product Licence

This Product License explains what you may and may not do with digital products purchased from GetDigitalProducts.com (the “Site”). It applies to every product sold on the Site unless the applicable product page or an included license expressly provides different terms. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

In this License, “Product” means the digital product you purchased and all files, documents, templates, tools, graphics, and other materials supplied with it.

1. License and ownership

When you purchase a Product, you are purchasing a license to use it. You are not purchasing its copyright or ownership.

Subject to your payment and compliance with this License, Brandion LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide license to use the Product for personal or internal business purposes.

All ownership and intellectual property rights remain with Brandion LLC or its licensors. This License continues until terminated under Section 8.

2. What you may do

You may:

  • Download the Product and keep reasonable backup copies for your own use.
  • Store and use it on devices you own or control, including household devices, provided that only the licensed user has access to it.
  • Print it as many times as reasonably needed for your personal or internal business use.
  • Fill in, annotate, and customize editable portions of the Product for your permitted use.
  • Store a backup in a private cloud account that is not accessible to unlicensed users.
  • Send a file to a commercial printer solely to produce copies for your permitted use, provided that the printer does not retain, reuse, or distribute it.
  • Apply the ideas, methods, instructions, and knowledge you learn from the Product in your own work, business, products, or services.

Applying what you learn does not permit you to copy, reproduce, or distribute the Product’s protected text, design, illustrations, worksheets, templates, graphics, or other content.

3. What you may not do

Unless a product-specific license expressly permits it, you may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, rent, lend, share, give away, or otherwise distribute the Product.
  • Distribute the Product in its original form or in a modified, translated, reformatted, or adapted form.
  • Email or send the Product to another person, including a friend, colleague, employee, contractor, client, or customer.
  • Upload it to a public or shared website, drive, cloud folder, forum, membership area, file-sharing service, messaging group, database, or content library.
  • Use the Product or its protected content in another product you sell or distribute, including a course, workbook, template, bundle, membership, lead magnet, client deliverable, prompt pack, print-on-demand item, or other digital or physical product.
  • Extract or reuse its graphics, illustrations, photographs, layouts, design elements, or other components separately from the Product.
  • Claim that you created the Product or misrepresent its source.
  • Remove or alter a copyright, trademark, credit, or license notice except as expressly permitted in Section 6.
  • Use Brandion LLC’s or Get Digital Products’ name, logo, trademarks, or branding without written permission.
  • Use the Product for any unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringing purpose.

Receiving the Product for free through a promotion does not remove these restrictions.

4. Personal and internal business use

GDP Products are licensed for personal use and for limited use within your own business.

You may use a Product to learn, plan, organize, research, make decisions, develop ideas, and create your own original work. You may also apply its ideas, principles, and methods when providing paid services or creating commercial work.

You may not give the Product—or a copied or substantially similar adaptation of it—to a client, customer, employee, audience, or mailing list. You may not use it as a client deliverable, lead magnet, training resource, resale product, or reusable template for others.

A product page or separate written license may grant broader rights for a particular Product. When it does, those product-specific terms control.

5. One license, one user

Each purchase licenses one named individual.

If a business purchases the Product, one named individual may use it on behalf of that business. Partners, employees, contractors, team members, and other users must purchase their own licenses unless a product page expressly includes multiple users or Brandion LLC grants a team license in writing.

6. Attribution and branding

Attribution is not required when you apply the Product’s ideas or methods to create your own original work.

If an editable Product is specifically designed to be customized, you may remove visible Get Digital Products branding from your customized working copy for permitted personal or internal business use.

You may not remove copyright or license notices from the original Product, and removing visible branding does not grant you any right to sell, share, sublicense, or distribute the Product.

7. Extended licenses

If you want to use a Product in a way this License does not permit—including team use, redistribution, inclusion in another product, or delivery to clients—please contact us before using it.

Extended rights are available only when Brandion LLC grants them in writing. Contacting us does not guarantee that an extended license will be available for a particular Product.

8. Term and termination

This License takes effect upon completion of your payment and continues indefinitely unless terminated.

It ends automatically if:

  • You breach any provision of this License;
  • Your purchase is refunded;
  • Your payment is reversed or charged back
  • You obtained the Product through fraud or unauthorized access.

When the License ends, you must immediately stop using the Product and permanently delete all copies in your possession or control, including any backups.

Sections 1, 3, 8, 9, and 10 survive termination.

9. Enforcement

Unauthorized copying, sharing, resale, or distribution may constitute copyright infringement and a breach of contract.

Brandion LLC may issue takedown notices, suspend access to Products or customer accounts, and pursue any remedies available under applicable law.

If you believe a GDP Product is being distributed without permission, please notify us through our contact page.

10. Third-party materials

Some Products may incorporate fonts, images, software, or other materials licensed from third parties. Those materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and license terms.

This License does not grant you any right to extract, reuse, sell, sublicense, or distribute third-party materials separately from the Product.

Brandion LLC cannot grant rights greater than the rights it holds. If product-specific or third-party terms impose additional restrictions, those restrictions also apply.

11. Changes to this License

We may update this License from time to time.

Changes apply to purchases made after the updated License takes effect. The version in effect when you purchased a Product will continue to govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or you agree to revised terms.
