This Product Licence sets out what you may and may not do with files bought from getdigitalproducts.com. It applies to every product on the Site unless a product page says otherwise, and it forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. What you are buying

You are buying a licence to use the file. You are not buying the copyright, and ownership stays with [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] or its licensors. The licence is personal to you, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and worldwide, and it lasts indefinitely unless it is terminated under section 8.

2. What you may do

  • Download the file and keep your own backup copies.
  • Print it as many times as you like, for your own use.
  • Use it on your own devices, and on devices belonging to your household.
  • Fill it in, write on it, and adapt it for your own use.
  • Print it at a commercial print shop for your own use, as long as they print only for you.

3. What you may not do

  • Resell, re-license, rent, lend, or otherwise distribute the file, in original or modified form.
  • Share it, email it, or upload it anywhere others can obtain it, including file-sharing sites, cloud folders, forums, or messaging groups.
  • Give away the file, even for free, and even to friends.
  • Claim you created it, or remove or alter any copyright or credit notice.
  • Use it, or any part of it, in a product you sell — including print-on-demand items, other digital products, templates, or bundles.
  • Extract graphics, fonts, illustrations, or layouts and use them separately.
  • Use our name, logo, or trademarks without our written permission.
  • Use it in anything unlawful, defamatory, or that infringes anyone’s rights.

4. Personal and commercial use

Version A — personal use only

These products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may use them for yourself, your household, and your own private purposes. You may not use them to deliver paid services, as client deliverables, as lead magnets, or in any material that promotes or forms part of a business. If you need commercial rights, contact us about an extended licence.

Version B — personal and limited commercial use

These products are licensed for personal use and for limited commercial use within your own business. You may use them internally, with your own clients as part of a service you deliver, and as a free lead magnet for your own list. You may not sell them, distribute them as a standalone product, or include them in anything you sell — whether or not you have modified them.

5. One licence, one user

Each purchase licenses one person or one business. If colleagues need their own copies, please buy a licence for each, or contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] about a team licence.

6. Attribution

Attribution is not required for permitted uses, and you may remove our branding from a file you have bought when you use it privately — but removing branding does not grant you any right to distribute or sell it.

7. Extended licences

If you want to do something this licence does not permit — resell, redistribute, include a product in something you sell, or license it across a large organisation — email [SUPPORT EMAIL] and ask. Extended licences are sometimes available, and asking costs nothing.

8. Term and termination

This licence takes effect when your payment clears and continues indefinitely. It ends automatically if you breach it, or if your purchase is refunded or charged back. When it ends you must stop using the product and delete every copy you hold, including backups. Sections 1, 3, 9 and 10 survive termination.

9. Enforcement

Unauthorised copying or distribution is copyright infringement. We monitor for it, we issue takedown notices, and we reserve every legal remedy available, including damages and legal costs. If you have seen our files being distributed without permission, please tell us at [SUPPORT EMAIL].

10. Third-party materials

Some products incorporate fonts, images, or elements licensed from third parties. Those elements remain subject to their own licences, and this Product Licence does not grant you any right to use them outside the product you bought.

11. Changes to this licence

We may update this licence. Changes apply to purchases made after the change; the licence you agreed to at the time of your purchase continues to govern that purchase.
